Our services are just beginning when you purchase a product.

We offer pick-up and delivery of the product, labor for warranty repair of defective products, cleaning of the equipment, loaner products while your product is being serviced, and set-up and delivery on lift chairs when you are within a 50 mile radius. We provide the labor to build or assemble and test sophisticated mobility equipment. And we’ll follow up with your physicians to ensure progress and compliance.

Let North Florida assist you with paperwork.

We prepare compliance reports for doctors and insurance companies on the patient’s behalf and we file your claim with the insurance company or Medicare so you receive the maximum benefit available. We can bill primary or secondary payer sources.

We offer evaluation of the client for specialized products, including the client's home and workplace for wheelchair accessibility and feasibility for wheelchair transport.
